2 vols, 8vo, 91pp, 1-74pp, adverts, numerous photographic illustrations throughout, sketch maps, book plate of Walter Henry Lewin pasted down in both volumes, original printed wrappers with adverts on the lower covers, one wrapper slightly worn and torn along upper edge; overall an attractive copy.

Note

This small volumes precede the journals of the Oxford and Cambridge mountaineerin clubs (c.1930). They contain articles by well known mountaineers, for example Arnold Lunn. The bookplate belonged to Walter Henry Lewin who was author of "Climbs" published in 1932 . Lewin was also a famous mountaineer who climbed all over the world.
