[First edition]. Small 4to (23.5 x 17 cms), 252pp, 24 plates, library stamp on verso of title-page, inner hinges strengthened with tape contemporary half morocco, decorated boards, labels, gilt lettered, extremities slightly worn and rubbed; a good copy.

Note

Jagor was a German ethnologist and naturalist who travelled extensively in Singapore and Indonesia.
