Bernard J Shapero Rare Books is an internationally recognised dealer in antiquarian and rare books, based in the UK.  Our specialities are Travel Books, Cartography, Colour Plate Books, Modern Literature, Early English, Natural History, and Baedeker travel guides. As well as an online web presence, we can also be visited in person at our Mayfair shop where we retail on four floors. We also exhibit at major book fairs in London, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Milan, Paris, and Amsterdam; as well as at antique fairs in Maastricht and Moscow.

The Shapero Gallery, which is located in our shop, has a large collection of rare maps and atlases; rare and historic photographs and rare prints. We invite you to view these collections at our Gallery website.
