Milton after L. Hebert, plan, 2 leaves of portraits, wood-engraved vignette in text; rare tears neatly repaired, occasional soft creasing, occasional light spotting. Modern brown half calf over marbled boards, original morocco label lettered in gilt to upper cover, gilt fillets to covers, flat spine with gilt fillets.
VERY GOOD COPY OF THIS WORK WITH THE CELEBRATED HAND-COLOURED VIEW OF MOSCOW. This volume is a combination, as often, of two of Bowyer's works, here complete in their second edition.
